Health and Safety Audits
One of our customer support team will discuss your specific compliance requirements and with you prior to the audit so everyone in the process is clear as to what it will include and what will need to be made available for the auditor. They will then agree a convenient time for the audit to take place and confirm that everyone is happy with how the audit will be conducted. We are working with you to ensure the audit proves to be a valuable compliance tool.
An Audit will consist primarily of a total audit score and a breakdown of section scores banded into categories. If you have multiple sites then we can compile a comparison against the other locations and company average. Alternatively we can construct a comparison based on the industry standard at the time of the audit. Any non-conformances will be identified and individually risk-rated using a colour-coded scoring system depending on its severity. If there are any serious issues requiring immediate attention one of the auditors will be qualified to advise of any corrective action you need to implement.
Our support team will remain in close contact with you whilst the corrective actions are implemented. They will keep you up to date with regular updates on the status of each reported action to ensure it has been dealt with by the relevant department or manager.
It is a very proactive system that is externally driven to ensure corrective actions are implemented with specified time scales and to the required standards.
All the report findings can be compiled and supplied as performance statistics which can be used as a measurement tool.

Food Safety Audits
With reputations on the line, the catering and hospitality sectors need to be particularly careful to avoid problems with Food Safety – which makes the standard of your Food Safety Audits even more important.
We believe it’s good to talk as one size does not fit all! That is why we will start with the customer support team giving you a call to discuss your specific compliance requirements and the audit process so everyone involved is clear as to what it will include and what will need to be made available for the auditor. They will then agree a convenient time for the audit to take place and confirm that everyone is happy with how the audit will be conducted. We are working with you to ensure the audit proves to be a valuable compliance tool.
The Audit will produce a total Audit Score, and the results will be broken down into section scores, banded into categories alongside scores from other locations and a company average. Alternatively the results can be compared to the industry standard at the time of the audit.
Non-conformances will be highlighted and individually risk-rated using a colour-coded scoring system according to severity, and any serious issues that need immediate attention will be discussed with an assessor and a corrective action plan will be put into place.
Managing your Audit results and the actions required is simple too with the help of the support team. They can help you produce reports to keep you up to date with each branch, department or site location. These reports can include the audit results, details of what actions have been highlighted and the reasons why, and will help you formulate a strategy to ensure tasks are prioritised, tracking every action so you can see what stage each is at and when they are completed.
