Every organisation, large or small, should have a well-considered induction program. Employees who have a well thought-out induction are more likely to stay with the organisation. The induction program should provide all the information that new employees need, and are able to assimilate, without overwhelming or diverting them from the essential process of integration into a team.
The length and nature of the induction process depends on the complexity of the job and the background of the new employee. One size does not fit all – a standardised induction course is unlikely to satisfy the needs of the business, so Apple has come up with a two or three day flexible induction program which allows you to pick and mix certain courses which better suit the role of your individual employees and your business.

All these packages can be modified to suit your own particular requirements or the requirements of the specific employees on the program. If you have any specific training requirements which are not listed above please enquire if they can be incorporated into the package for you.
Part-Time or Temporary staff:
We can also modify the 1 day packages to be suitable for Part-Time of Temporary staff who do not require the same level of training as the full time staff, but still need to have a basic awareness for the safety of the customer and the business of Health & Safety / Fire Safety and Basic Life Saving Skills.
Bespoke Staff induction programs (with or without continuous training program):
These workshops can include your current induction program or as per the packages above be modified to incorporate any other skill set training required.
Alternatively working with human resources and line managers, we can also design and produce individual staff induction programs that outline all of the induction training needed to help the employee/s acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform well in the job role. Apple will then provide a suggested training progression plan to fulfill the requirements and expectations of the business. Within this program Apple can also provide a suggested promotion training plan which will aid employee’s progression within the company ensuring that they have the knowledge and skill sets to fulfill their job roles. All this information will be provided in a format which can be used in conjunction with relevant resource/management meetings.
